• Follow-up of the implementation schedule and activities performed by the suppliers;
• Elaboration and monitoring of the list of pending items;
• Elaboration of the organization chart and definition of the team that is responsible for coordinating the project;
• Reports on progress of work, costs and implementation schedule;
• Coordinate the interfaces between the various suppliers and the final customer;
• Manage the proposed automation solutions recommended for each of the equipments;
